The third-gen #MotoE or otherwise known as the Moto E3 is now official, but only for the UK markets apparently. The handset bears a price tag of £99 which is around the $130 mark, suggesting that the company has a winner on its hands as fas as the pricing is concerned. Motorola hasn’t elaborated on whether it will be available elsewhere, but we’re bound to believe that it will be sold in other markets since the Moto E has seen decent success in global markets.
The company mentions that it’s using a quad-core processor, but hasn’t revealed the model yet. But we’re guessing it will be a Qualcomm unit.
You can find the complete hardware specs sheet below:
- 5-inch 720p display
- Quad-core processor
- 8-megapixel rear camera
- 5-megapixel front camera
- 2,800 mAh battery
- Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow
- MicroSD card slot
Motorola hasn’t disclosed the RAM capacity or the internal storage of the handset either, so we’re still not fully sure about the hardware specs on board here. In any case, with a price tag of just under $130, the Moto E3 comes across as a very decent budget handset.
