Samsung Galaxy Note 5 scores top points in the American Customer Satisfaction Index

Turns out that the handset was a hit with the American audiences according to the ACSI or the American Customer Satisfaction Index. As per a chart published by this body, consumers of the Galaxy Note 5 were the most satisfied in the U.S., while the iPhone 6s Plus took the No. 2 spot on this list. Barring a Motorola handset at No. 8 and an HTC budget offering slightly lower, the top 10 consisted mostly of Samsung and Apple flagships.

In terms of brand satisfaction, Apple scored top points, which is disappointing for Samsung as it was tied with the Cupertino giant last year. Clearly, Apple’s new products have had a major impact on the company’s popularity in the U.S., although the company’s market share was found to be diminishing as per a recent report.
