The global market wouldn’t have heard much about a company called #Lumigon which specializes in premium devices. The company has now unveiled the Lumigon T3, which is quite a unique device. The design is pretty fancy and reminiscent of what we’ve seen with manufacturers like Vertu. However, it’s the camera department where all the magic lies.
The company is using a 13-megapixel rear camera, along with a 4-megapixel sensor, which acts as a night-vision unit, allowing you to take black and white pictures in the dark using the onboard IR flash. The standard camera is capable of 4K video recording, so it’s pretty much on par with the current crop of flagship handsets. The handset also has a 5-megapixel front camera (with flash) for selfies.
The T3 is a pretty interesting concept, but the night-vision feature alone isn’t enough to carry it across to the market. The handset comes with a rather interesting 4.8-inch 720p Super AMOLED display, accompanied by a 2 GHz octa-core MediaTek Helio X10 SoC.
There’s 3GB of RAM, a hefty 128GB of onboard storage and Android 6.0 Marshmallow running the UI side of things. The company mentions that it has a powerful battery but has failed to give away the details. The phone is water-resistant as well, so it’s basically a juggernaut in terms of raw hardware (barring the display). The smartphone is priced at $740 (plus shipping) and ships to almost every corner of the world. Check out the product page for more details.
