AT&T is now sending out the #Android #Marshmallow update for Samsung’s late 2015 flagships, the #GalaxyNote5 and the Galaxy S6 edge+. This comes 9 months after Marshmallow was announced, which means the customers have waited quite a while to see this day. The likes of Verizon (which has a history of slow update rollouts) has already sent the update to these devices a few months ago, so one can safely say that AT&T is the last to the party.
But as we say in the world of firmware updates, better late than never. The update is rolling out currently, although we wouldn’t be surprised if it took another day or two. But if you own an AT&T Galaxy Note 5 or a Galaxy S6 edge+, the update should have probably hit your device by now. Already seeing the update? Make sure you let us know by dropping a comment below.
