#Lenovo and #Moto have officially taken the wraps off the #MotoG4 and the G4 Plus in India today. The company revealed that only the ‘Plus’ variant would have a fingerprint sensor, while the standard G4 model will stick to regular lock/unlock methods.
Jumping right into the hardware side of things, the Moto G4 and the G4 Plus both feature, 5.5-inch Full HD displays, the octa-core Snapdragon 617 SoC and 3,000 mAh battery units underneath with Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow.
The Moto G4 Plus comes with a 16-megapixel f/2.0 camera on the back, while the Moto G4 settles for a 13-megapixel f/2.0 sensor. Both handsets have 5-megapixel front facing cameras. The Moto G4 comes in 16 and 32GB storage configurations, both with 2GB of RAM. The G4 Plus, on the other hand, is available in 16/32/64GB storage variants with 2, 3 and 4GB RAM options.
Now for the all important question about the prices. Well, while the company has shared details on the Indian pricing, we’re yet to gather info on global pricing. But we can be assured that Moto/Lenovo will have more information on that front in the days to come. The two handsets will be available globally in the coming weeks.
