With exactly one week left for the release of the #BlackBerryPriv on #TMobile, the carrier has now revealed the pricing of the device. Unlike BlackBerry’s official $699 pricing, the carrier will actually charge $720 for the device under its 24-month $0 down payment plans ($30/month).
If you’re on the JUMP! On Demand plan however, you will only pay $34 per month for a period of 18 months. After the 18 months have lapsed, you will either have to upgrade to a new device or pay off the remaining balance of the smartphone.
Given the kind of options that the carrier is offering, this might appeal to a wide range of customers in the U.S. Prior to this, the Priv was an exclusive via AT&T in the U.S. We can now expect the likes of Verizon and Sprint to also carry the BlackBerry Priv over the coming weeks.
The BlackBerry Priv comes with a 5.4 inch Quad HD display, a hexa core Snapdragon 808 chipset, 3GB of RAM, 32GB of internal storage (expandable), an 18-megapixel rear camera, a 2-megapixel front camera, Android 5.1 Lollipop and a 3,410 mAh battery.
