With #LG releasing the #G4 and the #V10 within a span of few months, one would have assumed that the company had exhausted its quota of flagship devices for until later this year.
However, according to a new report, the Korean manufacturer has confirmed the release of a brand new flagship for MWC 2016, which is scheduled to be held in Barcelona next month. The company’s keynote address will be held on the 21st of February, so we’re not far away from seeing this new flagship.
Perhaps we’ll get to see that unique arrangement of the removable battery on this device. LG stresses that this is a “major flagship”, so clearly, this could be the LG G5 that the rumors have exhaustively spoken about so far. From what we can tell, the smartphone should come with a Quad HD display of 5.5 inches or above, a Snapdragon 820 SoC and a camera of repute, perhaps an upgraded version of the 16-megapixel sensor that was used in the LG G4 and the V10 in 2015.
What do you expect from LG’s next major flagship? Sound off in the comments below.
