#Sprint has just announced a $20 Fully Unlimited data plan, which sounds really good on paper, but is it really as good as it sounds? Well, here’s the fine print to make you better understand how it works.
While Sprint is offering fully unlimited data to the customers in theory, only 1GB of it will be high speed data. When we look at the plan details closely, it is found that post 1GB, the carrier throttles the speeds to 2G, which is a significant downgrade.
So are you really looking to spend $20 for 1GB of 4G LTE data and 2G for the rest of the month? If yes, then this option should come across as very attractive to you. But if there are users out there who prefer high speed data with a large cap, then there are options from some other carriers that are worth considering. What do you think?
