The #Kyocera #DuraForceXD smartphone has finally gone official via AT&T today. As the name indicates, this is the company’s ruggedized smartphone and comes with military standard certification for durability and ruggedness (MIL-STD-810G). This means that the device can survive the harshest of drops, protect you from shocks and even give you company in damp or rainy weather.
The carrier is yet to offer details on actual availability or pricing, but we’re expecting the handset to be available over the coming days. Don’t expect a pricing north of $300 though, although AT&T is yet to share hardware details on the smartphone.
The DuraForce XD packs a massive 5.7 inch 720p display on board and that’s all we know about the device for the time being. Hopefully, more of the hardware specifications will be revealed by the carrier in due time so as to not keep this a mystery for long. Do you like what you see from the Kyocera DuraForce XD?
