The #HTC #OneA9 smartphone has just been leaked out by French carrier #Orange. The handset has been revealed in its entirety with word available on the pricing as well. Naturally, this has been done in error and the carrier could soon make a U-Turn and remove the listing altogether, but it will be too little too late as we now know everything there is to know about the handset.
The press image revealed by the carrier also shows a fingerprint scanner on the front, much like the one from the One M9+. As for the pricing, Orange France is quoting somewhere close to €600, which is approximately $688 when converted into American currency. But given that the European taxes are pretty high, we can expect a pricing of somewhere close to $599 when the handset breaks cover in the U.S.
For those who don’t recall, the One A9 is supposed to be a “hero” device to get HTC out of its financial troubles, although only time will tell if the company will be successful in doing that.
The One A9 is expected to be packing a 5 inch 1080p display, an octa core Snapdragon 615 SoC, a 13-megapixel rear camera, 2GB of RAM, 16GB of storage and Android 6.0 Marshmallow.
