#Motorola recently revealed the 2015 #MotoG across the world as a solid midrange smartphone. Well, the handset will soon be up for grabs via Republic Wireless in the U.S. carrying a price tag of $199 if you pick the 8GB model with 1GB of RAM and $229 if you’re looking to get the 16GB variant of the smartphone which has 2GB of RAM underneath.
The handset isn’t available via Moto Maker, so customers are limited to getting the device from the carrier directly. This also means that color options are limited to just White and Black for the time being.
The 2015 Moto G comes with a 5 inch 720p display, the quad core 1.4 GHz Snapdragon 410 SoC, 1/2GB of RAM, 8/16GB of storage (expandable up to 32GB), a 13-megapixel rear camera, a 5-megapixel front camera, Android 5.1 Lollipop, 2,470 mAh battery and 4G LTE support.
Republic Wireless will officially start offering the third gen Moto G starting October 27. For $40 per month, users get 2GB of data usage along with unlimited calls and texts, which is a very good deal.
