Customers in the U.S. can now pre-order the #MotoX Pure Edition, with a starting price of $399.99. Naturally, you will end up shelling out some more if you choose 32 or 64GB storage variants, but $399.99 for a flagship product is a very good price tag.
The company is yet to provide a specific shipping timeline for pre-orders, so we’re still in the dark about when the handset will arrive on the customers’ doorsteps. The pre-orders were originally supposed to go up on Thursday, but the company has decided to start the proceedings a day in advance.
For those who are new to the Moto X Pure Edition, it is nothing but an American variant of the Moto X Style and carries the same hardware specifications underneath. That includes a 5.7 inch Quad HD display, a six core Snapdragon 808 SoC, 3GB of RAM, 16, 32 or 64GB of storage (expandable up to 128GB via microSD), a 21-megapixel rear camera, Android 5.1.1 Lollipop and a 3,000 mAh battery pack.
