The #Xiaomi #Mi4c smartphone is expected to be announced tomorrow. And as the company gears up for the announcement of the device, a new leak has revealed the handset in flesh, while also showing us the retail packaging in the process.
As we can see here, the Mi 4c handset doesn’t have any major design changes compared to the Mi 4 or the Mi 4i, which makes sense as this is not a major upgrade. Although most of it is in Chinese, the retail packaging does reveal that the smartphone comes with support for 4G, 3G and 2G bands, which is relieving for fans in China.
Rumors have hinted that the Mi 4c will sport a 5 inch 1080p display, a Snapdragon 808 SoC, 2 or 3GB of RAM, 16 or 32GB of storage, Android 5.1 Lollipop and a 3,080 mAh battery pack. With just a few hours left for the unveiling of the smartphone, we should soon get a much better idea of what’s new with the handset.
If you’re looking to get the device Stateside, don’t hold your breath as the company has no intentions of bringing its phones to the U.S. in the foreseeable future.
