Traditionally, #Google doesn’t unveil the #Nexus device of the year until late October. But that trend could be changing this year with a new report suggesting that the company will release the two new Nexus smartphones – one from #Huawei and one from #LG during an event scheduled for the 29th of September.
This corroborates what we’ve heard previously, so this report might have some weight. Google is yet to formally schedule an announcement, however, so treat this as a rumor until then. Google will replace the 6 inch Nexus 6 with the 5.7 inch Huawei Nexus smartphone, while the second Nexus phone of the year will feature a 5.2 inch display and will be known as the Nexus 5, manufactured by LG.
This is a developing report, so we’ll make sure there is an update when we hear more on the matter. As of now, the clock is steadily ticking for the release of the Huawei and the LG Nexus smartphones. Are you excited for the release of Google’s latest flagships? Drop your thoughts below.
