The #BlackBerry #Venice is making plenty of noise in the leaks over the past few weeks. While we’ve already stumbled across convincing looking press photos of the smartphone, a new revelation made by Evan Blass a.k.a @evleaks suggests that the smartphone will be up for grabs in the U.S. by November.
He claims that this Android powered BlackBerry flagship will be available via the top four carriers of the country, so it could be a big launch leading up to the holiday season. Rumors have pegged the Venice to be packing a 5.4 inch 2K display, 3GB of RAM and a Snapdragon 808 hexa-core chipset underneath, so it should be pretty capable as far as raw hardware is concerned.
Quite frankly, many would feel that BlackBerry waited too long in bringing an Android powered smartphone to the markets considering the kind of competition there is today. But it’s never too late and things could get quite interesting for the company, if the marketing is done right.
