Yesterday, a new leak revealed the existence of a new series of midrange smartphones from #Samsung, called the #GalaxyMegaOn. A new listing on AnTuTu is now giving us a very good idea about the hardware specifications of this smartphone, telling us that it will be yet another midrange offering from the Korean manufacturer.
The listing reveals that the handset is packing a 720p display (size unknown), 1GB of RAM, 8GB of internal storage, a 13-megapixel rear camera, a 5-megapixel front camera, the quad core Snapdragon 410 SoC and Android 5.1.1 Lollipop.
Clearly, this device won’t be a beast in terms of hardware specifications and we’re expecting it to go easier on your wallets as well. No information has been offered on when this handset will see a release, but we’re expecting to see it in action at the IFA event next week. Expect the myriad of prepaid carriers in the U.S. to get in on the Galaxy Mega On when it is made available.
