While Sony’s mobile profits are falling, that apparently isn’t stopping them from introducing new hardware. And it looks like Sony is soon going to do just that, with two new devices leaking out of Russia. Both the Xperia M5 and C5 Ultra are mid-range phones, but that doesn’t mean they necessarily have bad specs.
The Xperia C5 Ultra has a 6″ 1080p LCD panel with 16 GB of storage. Running this phone are are an oct-core MediaTek MT6752 chipset, and 2 GB of RAM. This phone is rumored to cost around $350, so just under the price of the new Moto X Style.
The Xperia M5 5-inch 1080p screen, as well as 16GB of internal storage. This device runs on top of the MediaTek Helio X10 chipset, and 3 GB of RAM. That device is rumored to cost around $400, put it right in line with the Moto X Style per price, at least.
It’s not known when Sony will introduce these two new devices, but with this amount of details leak, it has to be close to when they will. Do either of these devices interest you?
