In a new effort to compete with its bigger cousins, Sprint has launched a new Family Share Pack plan. This new plan lets a family of four share 10 GB of data for $100 per month.
You can also quadruple your shared data up for $20 more per month. That results in unlimited texts, unlimited calls, and 40 GB of shared data for $120 per month.
As part of this new plan, Sprint will also pay your termination fees if you are on another carrier and looking to switch. Once registering with Sprint online, you will need to use the American Express Reward Card they will give you. However, you do have to trade in your phones and until you do so, Sprint won’t pay for that.
While that is a good deal, T-Mobile is also still offering a four line family plan with 10 GB of data per user for $120 a month. So instead of sharing the data, each user gets their own bucket. Whether T-Mobile or Sprint’s offers are compelling to you will depend on how coverage is in your area for each carrier.
