The Sony Xperia C4 can now be snatched up in the U.S. courtesy of Amazon USA. The handset is marketed as a selfie friendly offering and comes with a couple of features which make it a handy addition in the midrange market segment. However, devices like the HTC Desire Eye or high end offerings like the Samsung Galaxy S6 and the LG G4 offer better performance from the front facing camera.
Amazon is asking you to shell out $379 for the device, which seems to be on the steeper side, considering that it doesn’t support all LTE bands in the U.S., so you will probably have to use it on AT&T or T-Mobile to access LTE.
The Xperia C4 comes with a 5-megapixel front facing camera, which is accompanied by a LED flash. This is perhaps the only unique feature on board the Xperia C4 and everything else is pretty standard.
The handset has a 5.5 inch 1080p display on board, a 13-megapixel rear camera, the octa core Mediatek MT6752 chipset, 2GB of RAM, 16GB of internal storage (expandable up to 128GB), Android 5.0.2 Lollipop and a 2,600 mAh battery.
