Galaxy Note 4 pips Apple iPhone 6 and 6 Plus in U.S. consumer satisfaction ratings

Galaxy Note 4

The Samsung Galaxy Note 4 was unveiled in September last year amidst really high expectations, partly because of the poor showing of the Galaxy S5 earlier in the year. It is now being revealed that the handset was one of the most popular among customers and ranked even higher than the Apple iPhone 6 and the 6 Plus, which were the most popular phones of the year by a long margin.

The data was published by American Customer Satisfaction Index or the ACSI, which conducts a survey among the owners. It is shown that the Galaxy Note 4 managed to score 86 points while the iPhone 6 and the 6 Plus managed 82 points. Strangely, the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 is at number 2, also with 82 points, which is rather surprising for a device that broke cover two years ago.

If you’re wondering why the Galaxy S6 or the Galaxy S6 Edge aren’t faring on the list here, it’s because they weren’t available for purchase at the time.
