LG and T-Mobile have just announced the arrival of the G Stylo and the Leon smartphones starting next week on the 20th of May. The former was announced recently and is capable of taking microSD cards of up to 2TB. Both are midrange devices and will appeal to a wide section of customers on T-Mobile’s vast network.
It is said that T-Mobile staff is being prepared for the launch of this handset from May 13, which is tomorrow. There’s no word on the pricing of the devices at the moment as the information is coming from an internal memo that was leaked out recently.
The LG G Stylo comes with a 5.7 inch 720p display, a 1.2 GHz Snapdragon 410 SoC, 2GB of RAM, 16GB of storage (expandable), a 13-megapixel camera on the back, a 5-megapixel front facing camera, Android 5.0 Lollipop and a 3,000 mAh battery.
The LG Leon on the other hand sports a relatively smaller 4.5 inch display with a resolution of 480 x 854 pixels. It also packs an 8 or 5MP camera (unconfirmed), 1GB of RAM, 8GB of storage, a 1.2 GHz Snapdragon 400 chipset, Android 5.0 Lollipop and a 1,900 mAh battery pack.
