ZTE’s Nubia series of smartphones have always managed to impress everybody. It seems like the company will continue on this path if a new listing on the Chinese certification database (TENAA) is anything to go by. The smartphone shown here is the Nubia Z9, which reportedly comes with a powerful 3.5 GHz octa core processor and 8GB of RAM.
The device is shown to be packing a 5.15 inch 1080p display with a thickness of just 8.9mm. Other specs include a 16-megapixel camera, an 8-megapixel front camera, Android 5.0 Lollipop and a 3,000 mAh battery. Given the hardware on board, the smartphone is said to be a hefty 180 grams, which is unheard of for a phone this size.
The Nubia Z9 will supposedly go live on the 6th of May, so we don’t have to wait long to find out if this phone is real. We suggest you take this revelation with a pinch of salt though, as finding a phone with 8GB of RAM this early in the day seems unrealistic.
What do you think?
