Verizon Wireless has finally started taking pre-orders for the Samsung Galaxy S6, the Galaxy S6 Edge and the HTC One M9. These three are among the most talked about smartphones of the year, so their arrival on Verizon is good news for the customers.
While the Samsung offerings seem to have the upper hand as far as design and features are concerned, the familiar look of the One M9 might strike a chord with HTC loyalists. The Galaxy S6 and the One M9 are priced at $24.99 per month for two years using Verizon Edge, while getting it off contract will set you back by $599.99. The contract pricing for both flagships is the standard $199.99, so there’s barely anything to tell the two apart in terms of pricing.
The Galaxy S6 Edge from Verizon will cost you a touch higher at $699.99 off contract or $299.99 with a two year agreement, which is understandable considering that it packs a state-of-the-art display technology. If you’re getting the handset through Verizon Edge, you will have to shell out $29.16 per month.
