The Samsung Galaxy S6 is officially expected to be available in the U.S. on the 10th of April. The smartphone however is yet to arrive on pre-order from most retailers. A new rumor now suggests that Best Buy could begin taking pre-orders for the Samsung flagship this Friday on the 27th of March.
The rumor further states that the retailer will bundle along a free wireless charging pad worth $50 along with it, which sounds like an excellent deal, if true. It is said that Samsung will also have demo units of the smartphone stocked up in Best Buy retail outlets on the same day, so you can play around with Samsung’s latest smartphones as early as this weekend if the rumor materializes.
The revelation was made on Reddit by a person familiar with the matter. But even then, reports like these should be taken with a pinch of salt. The Galaxy S6 and the Galaxy S6 Edge are some of the hotly anticipated devices of the year. Samsung will look to make the most of the demand by bringing the devices to as many outlets as possible, so as to convince prospective buyers of its true potential.
