A leak from yesterday gave us an early glimpse of the LG G4 and it’s back pattern. It was revealed that the smartphone has a slightly curved body, much like the G Flex 2. Today, the same source has given us a glimpse of the front portion and a side angle, which gives us a better idea about the design of the device.
We can still see that it’s slightly curved, but not to the extent of the G Flex 2. We can also see that LG has retained the same bezel-less design that was popularized with the LG G2 and the LG G3, which isn’t necessarily a bad thing. The manufacturer is expected to launch the LG G4 sometime in mid-2015, with a May-June timeframe being rumored.
The smartphone is expected to be packing a 5.3 inch 2K display, a Snapdragon 810 SoC as well as Android 5.0.2 Lollipop. From what we’ve seen so far, the LG G4 could pose a serious threat to the Samsung Galaxy S6 which was launched under two weeks ago.
