According to a revelation leak by a Twitter source, the LG G4 smartphone will feature a 5.6 inch display. There’s no word on the display resolution, but considering that the predecessor was packing a QHD display, we don’t expect there to be any changes in that area. This leak is interesting as previous reports have suggested that the LG G4 might be smaller than the G3 which had a 5.5 inch display.
So what we’re hearing now is in contradiction to past reports. Keeping that in mind it’s only fair that you take this report with a pinch of salt until there’s evidence to prove otherwise. The handset should also be packing an octa core Snapdragon 810 SoC, an improved version of the laser autofocus camera, Android 5.0 Lollipop and a decently sized battery.
The LG G4 could break cover sometime in May or June considering that the predecessor was launched at about the same time. The smartphone will grab a lot of eyeballs when it goes official in the markets, which could cause headache for Samsung as its Galaxy S6 flagship is slowly picking up momentum, although it’s yet to be sold to the public.
