LG has just announced an event for the 28th of April, which should finally give us the LG G4 flagship. The event invite stresses on the word Great, telling us that the smartphone is something to look forward to.
With the launch of the flagship approaching, we can expect leaks to give us a clearer idea of the hardware on board. Up until now, all we’ve heard is that the smartphone packs a 2K resolution display and a Snapdragon 808 chipset, which is being used in place of the Snapdragon 810 SoC.
There’s also talk of the company launching a device known as the LG G4 Note, although we can’t be sure if it will be shown off during the aforementioned event. The invitation has a leather bound notebook as the background, which is dropping some hints about the possible build quality of this upcoming LG flagship. But we won’t jump to conclusions just yet as nothing is certain at this point.
We also expect the LG flagship to be sporting a 13 or 16-megapixel camera, 3GB of RAM and the latest version of Android with the company’s custom UI tweaks.
