The Samsung Galaxy S5 on T-Mobile could start receiving the Android 5.0 update this week according to a new revelation. It is said that the carrier will start pushing the update to the Samsung flagship starting the 18th of February, which is in a couple of days from now.
As we all know, carriers have officially begun rolling out the Lollipop update for their flagships, so it was only a matter of time before T-Mobile joined the party. Of course, there’s no confirmation of this yet, but given how reports like these are usually accurate, we think this is legitimate information.
The update has been rolling out on Verizon and Sprint versions of the smartphone for a while now. AT&T customers however are yet to receive the good news, so the wait has been quite agonizing for them.
The Android 5.0 update brings forth a flurry of changes, so a lot will be different after the update. Do you own a T-Mobile Galaxy S5? What do you make of this news?
