The Samsung Galaxy S6 will be finally shown off to the world on the 1st of March. Thanks to a myriad of leaks and rumors, the smartphone is no longer a secret. And it seems like T-Mobile is mindful of that as the carrier has started teasing the arrival of the handset. There’s even a pre-registration page of the handset that has gone live now, which will keep you informed of the handset’s arrival.
The image accompanying the pre-registration page seems to have a curved display, so it’s possible that the carrier is showing off the Edge variant of the handset. Since both flagships are expected to be launched simultaneously, it’s safe to assume that T-Mobile will sell the standard Galaxy S6 as well. The image also partially reveals the home button of the smartphone, which makes it clear that Samsung isn’t ditching the iconic home button yet.
It has been rumored that the new Edge smartphone will have double sided curved display, which sounds like a tricky concept. The Galaxy S6 and the Galaxy S6 Edge will be sporting a 5.1 inch 2K display, an Exynos 5420 SoC, 4GB of RAM, a 20-megapixel rear camera, Android 5.0.2 Lollipop and a 2,600 mAh battery.
