The Samsung Galaxy S6 is all set for a March unveiling. In the meantime, we’ve heard plenty about the device through a variety of sources. A new revelation however, indicates that the upcoming Samsung flagship will feature a smaller 5 inch display, instead of the 5.2 inch panel that was rumored.
Indian import database Zauba has listed the arrival of two new smartphones with the model numbers SM-G920V and SM-G920F suggesting that this could very well be the Galaxy S6. This is a fair assumption to make given that the Galaxy S5 was known as the SM-G900.
But even with these new findings, it’s hard to jump to conclusions as it could very well be a variation of the Galaxy S5 with a smaller display.
Considering how much is riding on Samsung for the success of the Galaxy S6, it is imperative that the manufacturer leaves no stone unturned in making it the flagship to beat this year. The company’s job won’t be easy considering the arrival of the HTC One M9 and the LG G4 subsequently.
Do you think Samsung would or should decrease the display size of the Galaxy S6 as mentioned above?
