A new 2K display smartphone from Lenovo has been spotted on the wild known as the Vibe Z3 Pro. The smartphone you see above is reportedly a successor to the Vibe Z2 Pro from last year, which was the company’s first handset to sport a Quad HD or 2K display.
The Vibe Z3 Pro will reportedly break cover at the MWC 2015 event and will seemingly sport a smaller display panel compared to the predecessor. The company has decided to replace the 6 inch panel with a 5.5 inch unit, which seems to be a wise choice.
Apart from the obvious, the smartphone seems to be camera centric as you can clearly see from one of the images. It has three LED flashes right next to the 16-megapixel OIS camera, so it’s clear that Lenovo is aiming for the shutter bugs here. There’s also a camera shutter button on the device located next to the power and volume buttons.
Underneath the exterior, there’s apparently a Snapdragon 810 octa core chip, 4GB of RAM, 64GB of internal storage as well as Android 5.0 Lollipop. There are stereo speakers located on the bottom of the device. We will certainly look forward to the launch of the smartphone at the MWC next month.
