A couple of weeks ago, we came across a smartphone which was supposedly known as the Lenovo Vibe Z3 Pro. The smartphone has now gone official, but under the Vibe Shot moniker. As the name and the accompanying images suggest, the smartphone is focused on the camera with its 16-megapixel OIS sensor with triple LED flash and a dedicated camera shutter key below the power button and the volume rocker.
The smartphone is housing a 5 inch 1080p display, a 64-bit Snapdragon 615 chipset, 3GB of RAM, 32GB of internal storage with a microSD card slot and Android 5.0 Lollipop. There is no word on the pricing or the availability of the smartphone as of yet, but we’re guessing the device will be made available in Asian markets first.
The Vibe Shot is certainly a looker with its two tone colors and surprisingly sturdy looking brushed metal chassis. Considering that it features a midrange processor and a mildly toned down (yet adequate) display, we’re guessing it won’t be too expensive. We hope the company has some more details to share on the smartphone during the MWC 2015 event in two weeks from now.
