Google Search has received plenty of nifty features over time, making it one of the widely used search engines in the world today. And now, the Mountain View company is making Search even better with the introduction of a mortgage calculator feature.
It appears to be working on the web version of Search at the moment, although it could very well be region restricted. As seen in the screenshot above, it works on simple math and users will have to add data such as the total mortgage amount, the interest rate as well as the duration of the mortgage. After this, you will get a brief summary of what your total mortgage cost will be after the last payment and also the amount that you need to pay monthly.
Some users even in the U.S. are reportedly not seeing the feature yet, so it’s likely that Google is testing it out to a select group of users. We can also expect the mobile version of Google Search to get the update when Google decides to begin the mass rollout of this feature.
If you’re seeing this feature on Google Search, don’t hesitate to let us know.
