SanDisk Android

SanDisk has just launched a new USB 3.0 compatible flash drive at the CES 2015. The flash drive can connect to a Windows or Mac computer and also an Android device using a micro USB connector on the other end. There’s a USB 2.0 version of the flash drive available in the markets already, so this model merely offers an upgrade in terms of file transfer speeds.

This might be worth a look if you own a new-gen device which supports USB 3.0 flash drives. These flash drives are available in 16, 32 and 64GB variants, so you have a wide range of options to choose from.

Here’s what SanDisk had to say about the new launch – “Adding to its portfolio of innovative memory solutions, including SanDisk’s current, extremely popular SanDisk Ultra Dual USB Drive 2.0, the new SanDisk Ultra Dual USB Drive 3.0 enables mobile users to transfer files even faster, as well as free up space on their smartphones and tablets. The drive simply connects via micro-USB to a compatible Android device and gives users up to 64GB of extra storage instantly.”
