Apart from the sleek form factor, the device also boasts of a sapphire glass back panel, which should make it immune from accidental drops or scratches.
The front packs a 5 inch display with a 720p resolution, while on the inside the R1C comes with an octa core 64-bit Snapdragon 615 chipset, 2GB of RAM, 16GB of storage (expandable), a 13-megapixel camera on the back, a 5-megapixel front camera, Android 4.4 KitKat based on the Oppo Color OS 2.0.1 and a 2,420 mAh battery.
The device also supports 4G LTE networks in the Asian markets. The smartphone is initially sold only in China with no word on global availability as of yet. Would you be interested in the Oppo R1C if it was available in your region?
