The OnePlus Two is expected to launch sometime next year, although was no confirmation from the company as to when. And now, according to Carl Pei, who is the director and most recognizable face over at OnePlus, the smartphone will launch by Q2 or Q3 next year, just an year after the OnePlus One was originally launched.
Since it’s still early days, there’s no word on what this flagship will feature with regards to hardware, although we’ve been told by numerous reports that OnePlus will leave no stone unturned in making it a success. It is said that the manufacturer will follow the same motto of offering great hardware at a decent bargain and also offer plenty of customization options, probably in the form of swappable back covers.
Hinting at a slightly different approach this time around, Carl Pei said that the company will focus the launch in countries like India first, along with its home region of China and the rest of the OnePlus One launch markets. But will the company be able to figure out the manufacturing related issues by then? Only time will tell.
