Nexus 6 could reach Verizon shelves on December 13

Nexus 6

According to a post on Reddit, the Verizon Nexus 6 could break cover as soon as December 13. With the smartphone already available for purchase through AT&T, Sprint and T-Mobile, Verizon was strangely missing out of the action. A Reddit user claims that the smartphone will see a launch on the second Saturday of December, which is the 13th.

While it’s out of the ordinary for VZW to launch a flagship on Saturday, it won’t be the first time that has happened. However, expect the carrier to announce availability a couple of days in advance so that customers are aware of what’s coming their way during the weekend.

Since there’s very little confirmation from the carrier at the moment, we’re taking the report with a pinch of salt. But given that Verizon is the largest network in the U.S., it’s high time that the device arrived on its shelves. Would you be interested in a Verizon variant of the Motorola Nexus 6?
