The LG G Watch wearable is now selling from Best Buy for as little as $79.99. The retailer is also offering a $50 Play Store credit along with the smartwatch, effectively bringing the cost down to $29.99. This deal is almost impossible to miss out on given the pricing. It’s incredible for the pricing to fall from the original $229 to just $80 within a span of few months. But this is barely a surprise given the impact the Moto 360 has had on the market.
In order to make use of this deal, customers will have to walk into a store as Best Buy is currently not offering shipping for the product. The listing mentions that the smartwatch is sold out online which means that you won’t be able to reserve a unit for yourself and pick it up from the store.
If this is something you can look over, make sure you head over a Best Buy outlet and snatch one of these up before they run out of stock. Google and LG are trying quite aggressively to clear out inventories of the smartwatch which explains the insanely low price tag. At the end of the day, it’s the customers that stand to benefit from promos like these as the LG G Watch is still a very capable smartwatch and well under Google’s support umbrella.
