The keyboard dock from the rumored Dell Venue 10 tablet has just been spotted at the FCC, hinting at the device’s imminent arrival. It is being said that the Venue 10 will be a tablet as well as a notebook, thanks to its keyboard dock.
The keyboard dock’s arrival at the FCC makes it clear that the device itself could be prepping a launch. The Venue 10 will probably be running Android by default with dual boot devices probably not seeing the light of the day any time soon.
Given that the CES is just around the corner, it’s fair to assume that Dell could announce the tablet then. The company could be aiming at the productivity oriented tablet segment with the Venue 10. Google has tried to tap into this segment with the Nexus 9 and succeeded to some extent, so it’s only fair that Dell tries its hand at this.
