Given that the Galaxy S6 is expected to be Samsung’s next big launch next year, the rumor mill has been churning out reports exhaustively over the past few weeks. Today however, we’re coming across a leak, giving us what could well be our first glimpse of the device. This is believed to be a prototype unit of the smartphone, although the final design might change drastically depending on Samsung’s plans.
The bezel space on the side looks very minimal, which was always expected from Samsung. We can also see the solitary physical button on the bottom bezel, acting as a home and action key. Samsung is the only major OEM in the market today to still have a physical home button on its devices, so that wasn’t expected to change with the new flagship either.
All of this is assuming that the leak is indeed legitimate. Given the sort of hoaxes we come across, especially concerning major flagships, we suggest you take this with a pinch of salt unless there’s evidence to prove otherwise.
What do you make of this alleged Galaxy S6 prototype? Sound off below.
Update: A source from Sam Mobile has reportedly confirmed that this is a fake, so no reason to be excited just yet.
