Although the Nexus 9 is already up for grabs from Google, it is only available in WiFi models as of now. However, the arrival of the LTE model doesn’t appear to be far away as this particular variant has just arrived at the FCC for certification. The good news here is that the tablet is revealed to be carrying support for 10 LTE bands which covers all the four major networks of the U.S.
The FCC listing makes no specific mention of the Nexus 9, but considering that the Taiwanese manufacturer only has one tablet in the pipeline, it’s safe to assume this is indeed the Nexus 9. The reason for the delay in listing the LTE Nexus 9 on the American Play Store was the lack of proper FCC certification. But with that being sorted now, we can expect this variant to hit the Play Store soon. The LTE Nexus 9 only comes in a 32GB configuration, so you only have one option to choose from if you’re looking to get device with cellular connectivity.
