The Motorola Droid Turbo from Verizon is all set for an unveiling later this month. And the carrier has now started to build hype for the smartphone by posting a timer counting down to its launch. The timer is currently at 14 days and 6 hours, which roughly translates to 9AM Pacific or 12PM Eastern time on the 28th of October.
So the launch of Verizon’s next big Droid handset is exactly two weeks away, which is very good news for fans. We already know quite a bit about the Droid Turbo including the fact that it packs a powerful 2K display, a mammoth 3,900 mAh battery and the Snapdragon 805 chipset. The Droid Turbo has all the makings of being the best Motorola smartphone of the year along with the Nexus 6 which is expected to break cover this week or by the end of October.
The Droid Turbo is also believed to be packing a 21-megapixel camera, 3GB of RAM, 32GB of internal storage and the latest version of Android. Would you be interested in the Droid Turbo if the specs add up? Or would you rather go with the Nexus 6?
