The Motorola Droid Turbo from Verizon is expected to break cover sometime soon. And as we prepare to welcome the latest Droid offering in the U.S., we’re getting access to some juicy details about the smartphone. If a new leaked image is to be believed, the battery on this device (EQ40) will be a whopping 3,900 mAh unit, bigger than any smartphone in the market today.
Living true to its Turbo name, it seems like Motorola finally has a real successor to the Droid Maxx from last year. This could be accompanied by the 5.2 inch Quad HD display, 3GB of RAM and a massive 21-megapixel camera with stock Android ROM. The report suggests that Motorola will finally unveil this device on the 28th of October with official availability starting a couple of days later.
By the looks of it, the Droid Turbo has all the markings of being one of the best flagship to break cover this year. And previous reports have suggested that the smartphone will not be exclusive to Verizon this time with AT&T expected to get a slice of the action too.
What do you think of the Droid Turbo? Will it be on your wish list this holiday season?
