HP 10 Plus tablet quietly arrives on Amazon with a low price tag

HP 10 Plus

The HP 10 Plus tablet has quietly landed on Amazon as the latest midrange Android tablet from the manufacturer. Strangely, the tablet hasn’t even been officially announced by HP even though it’s available for purchase. Amazon is asking for $279.99 for this 10 inch tablet, which seems to be a pretty reasonable price considering the hardware on offer.

The tablet packs a 10.1 inch display with a resolution of 1920 x 1200 pixels, 16GB of internal storage, 2GB of RAM, dual cameras, a 1 GHz quad core AllWinner chipset, Android 4.4.2 KitKat and a 7,700 mAh battery which promises up to 6 hours of battery life. The tablet has dual front facing speakers, which makes it a very capable multimedia offering.

The tablet can also be snatched up through HP’s official website, so make sure you give it a look if you’re interested. The battery life of the device might be a concern to potential users coupled by the fact that the device has a relatively weak processor. But for $280, you can’t ask for a whole lot.
