Gamepad for Nexus Player now available via the Play Store for $40

Nexus Player - Gamepad

Customers can now purchase the Nexus Player Gamepad from the Google Play Store for $40. This is a gaming controller which connects wirelessly with the Nexus Player console. Google’s latest Android TV offering went up for pre-order last week, so customers will be able to purchase the Gamepad along with the device.

The Gamepad is made by ASUS and uses Bluetooth 3.0 to pair with the console. It has the standard set of Android buttons as well as a couple of triggers on the back and joysticks/navigation keys on the front. Users can connect up to four Gamepads with the Nexus Player, so you can have the entire family enjoying a lively gaming session in the living room.

Make sure you give the Gamepad a look, especially if you’ve pre-ordered the Nexus Player. This home media console uses the vast array of content from the Google Play Store for apps, movies as well as music. Hit the link below for more details on the Gamepad and make sure you check out the Nexus Player while you’re at it.
