Samsung’s Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4 has just seen an $80 price reduction, bringing the cost down to just $249.99, bordering on the budget segment. The tablet is not your run of the mill midrange offering though, as it packs a powerful 2560 x 1600 resolution display, 2GB of RAM, 16GB of storage and Samsung’s Exynos 5 Octa chipset.
The trio of the Galaxy Note Pro tablets were announced back in January along with the Galaxy Note Pro 12.2. The deal is valid on Best Buy as well as its own listing on eBay, so it seems like the retailer has plenty of stock to sell. Best Buy is also offering in-store pickup, so you can place the order online and walk in to the nearest outlet to get your hands on the device.
If you’ve been considering the purchase of a small sized tablet, the Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4 is probably your best bet right now with this fresh discount. One can imagine that the arrival of the NVIDIA Shield Tablet might have prompted the price reduction from Samsung and the retailers. At this point, there’s no word on how long this discount will last, but it makes sense to jump on it before stocks run out.
