The Oppo N1 from last year was known for its unique rotating camera on the top which acted as a rear camera as well as a portrait camera whenever the users wanted. And just as the company is teasing the arrival of its successor, the Oppo N3, GSM Arena has managed to access some images of the smartphone giving us an idea of the new design.
At first glance, the device appears to have an odd shape on the top, especially given the placement of the camera. But it is clear that the company’s focus remains on the rotating camera even with the N3, which is good news for mobile shutterbugs. The design appears more ergonomic and will easily stand out from the crowd of smartphones that we see around us. There’s still no word on the display resolution or the size of the smartphone, but we should have more info on that by October when the company is expected to unveil the N3.
The handset also appears to have a thinner body compared to the predecessor. It will be interesting to see how the market reacts to a unique smartphone such as this.
