Sprint launched the LG G3 Vigor smartphone last Friday, while AT&T wasn’t too far behind either as the carrier immediately mentioned that it will be offering the smartphone as well. Today the carrier has confirmed that the G3 Vigor will be launching on the 26th of September, this coming Friday. AT&T will also launch the Samsung Galaxy Alpha on the same day, so customers will have multiple new options to choose from.
The device will set you back by $334.99 off contract or $13.96 through the carrier’s Next18 plan and $16.75 per month via the Next12 plan. Clearly, the smartphone isn’t being marketed as a high end offering as the specs sheet will suggest. But for $335 off contract, the G3 Vigor is certainly an attractive midrange device considering the competition.
Designed almost exactly like the LG G3, the G3 Vigor packs a 5 inch 720p display, a 1.2 GHz quad core Snapdragon 400 SoC, 1GB of RAM, 8GB of internal storage with a microSD card slot, an 8-megapixel camera on the back with Laser Auto Focus, Android 4.4.2 KitKat and a 2,540 mAh battery.
So who’s picking one of these up?
