Verizon Wireless has officially started selling the Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 starting today. The tablet can be snatched up for $459.99 without a contract or $359.99 if you’re willing to get it on a two year agreement. Customers can purchase the tablet using Verizon Edge as well. The tablet can be added to the More Everything plan for an extra $10 per month.
The Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 comes with a 1280 x 800 resolution display, a 1.2 GHz quad core processor, 16GB of storage, 1.5GB of RAM, a 3.15-megapixel camera on the back, 4G LTE, Android 4.4.2 KitKat and a 6,800 mAh battery. Verizon also has the 8 inch variant of the Galaxy Tab 4 for $379.99 off contract and $279.99 with a two year contract, which is a viable option if you’re in the market for a smaller tablet.
Verizon’s pricing of the Galaxy Tab 4 tablets have been consistent with what we’ve seen from other carriers, so there’s nothing to differentiate between them. However, the 10-inch variant of the Galaxy Tab 4 is only available on Verizon and U.S. Cellular at the moment.
