Mystery ZTE phablet reportedly being tested over at T-Mobile

ZTE T-Mobile

It seems like T-Mobile’s device lineup could get a substantial uplift in the coming days. Evleaks has revealed the image of a new ZTE phablet, which is apparently being tested by the carrier. We only have the image to go with and no details on launch or hardware specifications at the moment.

From the looks of it, this is a premium offering with what appears to be a slim bezel design. The image was taken by a T-Mobile employee as we can make out from the reflection on the screen. It’s hard to decipher hardware details from this sole image, but it’s evident that this is a large smartphone which would easily fall into the phablet segment. It’s seemingly running on a stock build of Android, which is consistent with what we heard last week.

We’ll keep a keen eye out for any further details on this mystery phablet from the Chinese manufacturer. ZTE is known for its low cost midrange offerings, so we won’t be surprised if this is something similar.
